any plant-based versions of retinol, and there are several kinds derived from different plants on the market. This amazing Phyto retinol we use is bakuchiol, which has been studied and tested in clinical trials.
Bakuchiol (which comes from the seeds of the Psoralea corylifolia plant) is the most popular Phyto retinol—and for good reason. A double-blind study published in the British Journal of Dermatology compared 44 patients who used either a 0.5 percent bakuchiol cream or a 0.5 percent retinol cream. Lovely Facial Serum
I use the Facial Serum as a sole daily moisturizer for my dry flaky skin. It is so silky smooth and makes my skin feel hydrated for the entire day while not appearing oily or clogging my pores. I love Carrot Seed Oil for its UV protection qualities, many days in summer this serum is all I use for a light protection from the sun. I try to use the most natural body products on myself and my family and this oil fits the bill perfectly. I highly recommend these products and this company, Alisha has been fabulous.
