Are your ingredients all organic?
We only use the highest of quality ingredients in our products and do our best to use organic ingredients, but at this time we are not ALL organic. To see which ingredients are organic in our products just go to our ingredient lists and those that are "certified organic" will have the asterisk(*) symbol beside them. We also use only "Ecocert Certified" ingredients as well, which will display (**) double asterisk.
What is Ecocert Certified?
Ecocert is an organic certification organization, founded in France in 1991. It is based in Europe but conducts inspections in over 80 countries. Ecocert's criteria are among the most stringent on the market;
- Minimum of 95% of all plant-based ingredient in the formula and a minimum of 10% of all ingredients must come from organic farming.
- Contain no GMO's, parabens, phenoxyethanol, ingredients derived from petrochemicals or synthetic chemistry; no testing of finished product on animals
- The whole manufacturing process is controlled, up to the packing stage, and the packaging and outer packaging must be biodegradable or recyclable.
Do you use preservatives in your skin care products?
We only use preservatives in our products that carry organic certification. Which means they are derived from natural sources or nature identical, and are certified to use in "certified organic" products.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free shipping on all orders with a $125 or more subtotal.
What is your return policy?
Elemar True Beauty is dedicated to formulating quality products that meet your skincare needs and give you the results you desire. However, we understand that not every product will work for every person. For first time purchases of all non-liquid products, we offer and will send to you at your request, a sample of the product you purchased so that you can try it first before opening your product. We are happy to accept unopened, unused products for an exchange, or credit within 30 days of your purchase.
How long will my products last?
We recommend using moisturizers, and creams within 6 months of purchase. Oils and serums are best to be used within 12 months of purchase. To extend the shelf life of your product, you may store in the refridgerator.
Are Elemar True Beauty products tested on animals?
We have a strict cruelty free policy! No products or source ingredients are tested on animals! Only human friends and family.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
At Elemar True Beauty we are making a concious effort to minimise and offset our impact on the environment wherever possible.
We endeavour, where possible, to utilise only eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials. Our glass jars, and PET plastics are all 100% recyclable. Please check with your local municipality for recycling capabilities.
We are also proud supporters of TerraCycle, who provide a recycling solution and a second life to your empty beauty products with their FREE Beauty Products Recycling Program. We encourage you to sign up with TerraCycle, download a free shipping label or find a drop-off location near you so you can support the sustainability movement as well.
