Are your ingredients all organic?
While we prioritize using the highest quality ingredients, our products are not entirely organic. We carefully select ingredients for their effectiveness and safety, and we're committed to transparency. Certified organic ingredients are clearly marked with an asterisk (*) on our product ingredient lists. We also use Ecocert-certified ingredients, denoted by a double asterisk (**), ensuring they meet strict environmental and ethical standards.
What is Ecocert Certified?
Ecocert is an organic certification organization, founded in France in 1991. It is based in Europe but conducts inspections in over 80 countries. Ecocert's criteria are among the most stringent on the market;
Minimum of 95% of all plant-based ingredient in the formula and a minimum of 10% of all ingredients must come from organic farming.
Contain no GMO's, parabens, phenoxyethanol, ingredients derived from petrochemicals or synthetic chemistry; no testing of finished product on animals
The whole manufacturing process is controlled, up to the packing stage, and the packaging and outer packaging must be biodegradable or recyclable.
Do you use preservatives in your products?
To maintain the quality and safety of our products, we do use preservatives. We carefully select preservatives that are either naturally derived or nature-identical, and that meet the strict standards for organic certification. This allows us to protect your skin and ensure product efficacy without compromising our commitment to natural ingredients.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $125.00.
How long will my products last?
We want you to enjoy our products at their best! Generally, moisturizers and creams are recommended for use within 12 months of purchase, while oils and serums have a shelf life of 12-24 months. To help you track this, each product is labeled with a "best before" date. Refrigeration can also help extend the life of your skincare.
Are Elemar True Beauty products tested on animals?
No, we do not test our products or ingredients on animals. We believe in ethical beauty and are dedicated to providing cruelty-free skincare. Our commitment to this principle extends to every stage of our product development.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
At Elemar True Beauty, we are actively working to reduce our environmental footprint. We strive to use sustainable packaging and shipping materials.
